Vito founded Thin Blue Line Solutions in July 2004 with partner Miles G. Spence.

Vito has extensive experience in the Law Enforcement sector which includes service as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army, Police Officer within the State of New York, and Federal Agent with the Department of Homeland Security.

Vito is a computer expert specializing in information technology. His focus is on design-theory. His design-theory is simple; “make it easy to use and people won’t be afraid to use it…”

Vito still serves as a Law Enforcement Officer with an undisclosed Agency.

Miles founded Thin Blue Line Solutions in July 2004 with partner Vito J. Vincelli.

Miles has extensive experience in the Law Enforcement field which includes service as a State Trooper with the West Virginia State Police, and Federal Agent with an undisclosed Agency.

Miles also has extensive experience in information, intelligence, and communications from his service in Military Intelligence and Signal Corps in the United States Army.

Miles has extensive computer skills with a focus on information technology and interface design-theory.

Miles still serves as a Federal Agent with an undisclosed Agency.
